

Anna Avery grew up in the Nashville, Tennessee area. She's a civil engineering major who's always loved math, physics, and problem solving. On campus, she's a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, involved in Engineers in Action and the American Society of Civil Engineers, and hopes to start volunteering at a local animal shelter.

Brandin Bailey is an electrical engineering student from Buffalo, New York. He developed a passion for technology through computer repair and web development projects at home. In high school, he served as programming lead on a robotics team while also creating content for his YouTube channel. He aspires to expand his technical expertise and combine it with creative expression.

Taylor Blitch is a first-generation college student from Glennville, Georgia, pursuing a career in environmental engineering. Inspired by close relationships with her mom, dad, brother, and grandmother, she is dedicated to building a future focused on sustainability. After college, she plans to work in a water treatment plant, helping provide clean and safe resources for communities.

Chris-Andre Brissett is a materials science and engineering major. who transferred from Georgia State University in Spring 2025. His favorite aspect of Tech is the abundance of opportunities — from participating in research to career fairs and, most notably, the Dean's Scholars Program. Outside of his studies, Chris-Andre enjoys exercising, caring for plants, and maintaining his growing collection of fish tanks.

Santiago Ignacio Campero Antezana was born in Bolivia, where he learned the value of hard work from his parents. He said his mom taught at three different universities simultaneously and his dad operated multiple small businesses selling organic products. He moved to Maryland as a high school senior and enrolled in a community college after graduation to study aerospace engineering. After earning his associate’s degree, he transferred to Georgia Tech to continue his AE studies.

Dylan Cardosi is from Tampa, Florida, and studies aerospace engineering. Having been a competitive swimmer for most of his life, he developed an intense interest in fluid dynamics and finding the most efficient way to move through the water. This led him to aeronautics, where he strives to build something fast and push the limits of modern technology.

Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Stephen Dampier is pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering and a minor in computer science. As a co-op student at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, he’s working on avionics software. Ultimately, he wants to work as a guidance, navigation, and control engineer for spacecraft. Outside of academic pursuits, he enjoys cooking, sports, and playing trivia with friends.

Ethan Djajadi is from Sachse, Texas, and attended high school at Belmont High School in Belmont, Massachusetts. In high school, he served as the captain of FIRST Robotics Team 6731, Record Robotics. His interests include modern music from both compositional and performance standpoints. He is majoring in computer engineering and is involved in RoboJackets and the Music Technology Lab at Georgia Tech.

José Vicente Galén Ugarte is majoring in industrial engineering because he’s always been passionate about using systems and optimization to create solutions that make a real impact. José credits the Dean’s Scholars Program with helping him better understand Georgia Tech, transition into college life, and connect with a network that will support him throughout his studies.

Avery Hutchinson is from Marietta, Georgia. She is studying chemical engineering and hopes to pursue a career in the production of nuclear energy. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, speech and debate, and art.

Janiya Richardso is a computer engineering and computer science major from Tallahassee, Florida, and is participating in the dual-degree engineering program at Spelman College and Georgia Tech. Janiya also is pursuing a concentration in distributed systems and robotics. She has a strong passion for assistive technology and is committed to using her skills to enhance accessibility and improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
